Milestone Release 2.4 out now
The process to ease the development of PHP applications adressing the virtual knowledge spaces of the steam server is going on.
On december 6th the PHPsTeam developers brought together their knowledge and increased the stability, performance and convenience in using PHP to adress the sTeam Server. This results in the new milestone release of version 2.4 of the PHPsTeam API.
The applications "steamweb", "koala" and "bidowl" (german) have been sucessfully adjusted to use the new PHPsTeam release and benefit from the recent optimizations.
Bugfixes available
The current version in the CVS repository includes some major bugfixes. Now, every steam_object instanced by steam_factory::get_object is of the right type in either case, if parameter pType is given or not.
In addition, we fixed steam_object::get_references to return a correct array of steam_objects.

Thanks to Frank Pauleickhoff for the notification of bugs and having patience with us. ;)
PHPsTeam moved to new CVS-Repository
After several troubles with Sourceforge.net, we decided to set up an own CVS repository for further development. Like Sourceforge, our server provides a web interface for the new repository.
Please alter your CVS_ROOT to
':pserver:steam@cvs.open-steam.org:/phpsteam'
before your next checkout/update, and see our download-page for details.
